6.1 Report Retention
- Generated reports are stored temporarily
- Reports are automatically deleted within approximately 72 hours
- After deletion, reports cannot be recovered
6.2 Uploaded Content Retention
- Uploaded images and chat screenshots are stored temporarily
- Uploaded content is typically deleted within hours after processing
- No uploaded images are retained beyond the report lifecycle
6.3 Email Records
- Transactional emails may be retained for accounting and support purposes
